Elemis Soothing Apricot Toner Review

Elemis Soothing Apricot Toner Review

Using a toner is important in your skincare routine and it is important to choose one that is kind to your skin and can add beneficial nutrients.  There are lots of toners on the market, so I can understand the confusion.

I have recently been using the Elemis Soothing Apricot Toner, as I have quite sensitive skin and this toner comes with the Elemis promise that  contains no alcohol, parabens, SLS, artificial colours or mineral oils.  Instead it uses the natural soothing and cleansing ingredients of Apricot and Sweet Betty Flower to calm and sooth the skin, whilst helping to rebalance the skin’s natural PH levels.

I love that this toner has a spray nozzle as for a guy where facial hair or stubble can be an issue when using cotton pads, this toner makes this step far quicker and easier.  I use around two to three sprays which is enough give an even application to my face, the aroma is fruity but in no way synthetic, you can smell the pure natural apricot extract as if you had picked the fruit direct from the tree.

The biggest difference i’ve seen by using this toner is on my cheeks, I am prone to reddish high colouring, which has become less noticeable, my skin feels more moist and plump to the touch.  Close family members  have noticed and you know they are nothing but honest when it comes to how you look.

I have also used this toner on some cotton wool pads as an eye compress, when my eyes have been tired or sore and it works wonders, it cools and soothes my eye area and gives them a more wide awake feeling.

This Soothing Apricot Toner will be part of the Elemis Christmas TSV on the 15th November, where you will receive a full 200ml size which retails for £22.50 direct from Elemis.
