Intelligent Shampooing | Phyto

Hello Beauties

I hope you are all having a lovely weekend so far and the weather isn’t too wet where you are.  Today I want to introduce you to a haircare brand which I have recently discovered called Phyto.  I have chosen their Phytoprogenium, ultra-gentle intelligent shampoo as it is suitable for daily use and as I wash my hair pretty much most days I wanted to give this a try.

Phyto was created in 1969 by Patrick Ales, one of Paris’ legendary hair stylists, who wanted to create a hair care range using highly concentrated plant based solutions.  Patrick has become a pioneer in the field of botanical science by creating innovative products to effectively treat problem hair, whilst respecting the hair’s natural properties, which I have come to expect from parisian brands as I have tried others and always seen significant results.

The Phytoprogenium is an intelligent cleansing wash, which reinforces the scalp’s natural defence system using the active ingredient Progenium, which preserves beneficial bacteria whilst reducing the presence of harmful bacteria.  The texture of this shampoo is incredibly creamy it almost feels as though I was using expensive face cream, as the lather felt so hydrating.  It’s unique formula is enriched with oat milk and gently softening marshmallow extract which amounts to almost half of this shampoos contents.  Which is a first for me, for a shampoo to contain such a high amount of moisturising ingredients and also uses coconut oil as the cleansing agent which further nourishes the hair and scalp.

I have quite a sensitive scalp which can easily become irritated and itchy, particularly when I am stressed.  So a shampoo has to be gentle, but effective at cleansing without over drying the hair or causing problems with my scalp.

I am pleased to say that after using this shampoo, pretty much everyday for the past week, my hair feels soft, shiny and in fantastic condition.  Which I am surprised about as I have been blow drying my hair more than usual, yet my hair looks in better condition, thanks to switching to this shampoo.  It’s no wonder that the Harley Street Hair Clinic recommends this shampoo for it’s clients, to improve hair density and strength.

If you would like to try this fantastic shampoo for yourself it is available to purchase from the Look Fantastic website and comes in a 200ml metallic canister which retails at £12.50, this offers great value for money as I would’ve expected to pay more for these results.

Have you tried any of the Phyto range before?

How often do you wash your hair?

I have a couple of months using Phytophanere Hair and Nails and I notice a big improvement in terms of reduced hair loss and hair like stronger.

I am constantly looking for different shampoos to try. This sounds like a good one for me to try!
