The Art Of Tranquility | Rituals

Hello Beauties

I want to share with you a recent discovery that has allowed me to take more time out and relax.  I’m sure like me you all lead very busy lifestyles, which is the way of the world these days.  I do think it is important to fit in some “Me Time” into your life to rest, relax and recharge.  Whether it’s for ten minutes or an hour we can all do more to make sure we are looking after ourselves.

Over the past couple of weeks I have been setting aside some time to take a bath in the evenings and I have been using the Rituals Dao Bath Foam as my companion to help me rest and relax.

Rituals was founded in 2000 by Raymond Cloosterman, he passionately believes that if you transform your daily routine and fill it with more meaningful moments, then happiness can found in the smallest of things.  This philosophy led to a unique concept of combining home and body cosmetics, thus Rituals was born.  I am a big fan of the Rituals range and have tried quite a few of their products, if you have missed any of these reviews they can be found HERE.

The reason I chose the Dao bath foam is because it is based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of achieving the perfect harmony between Yin and Yang, to find inner peace, which sounds perfect to re-balance my energies.  The main ingredients which helps to aid this process is the gorgeous relaxing aroma of White Lotus which fills the air.  Whilst the Yi Yi Ren extract nourishes the skin and is a traditional ingredient in Chinese medicine.

I would reccomend pouring a small amount into hot running water, to transform your bathroom into a heavenly, relaxing oasis.  I very much look forward to bathing and taking the time out to relax, my skin always feels soft and nourished after using this gorgeous bathing foam.

If you would like to try the Ritual of Dao Bath Foam for yourself it is available in a 500ml size from the Rituals website and retails at £13.50.

Have you tried any of the Rituals range before?
