I hope you are all having a great start to the New Year so far? I’ve been super busy of late, but I have managed to find some time to enjoy the first tennis Grand Slam of the year at the Australia Open, it’s so nice to see the hot sunny weather and I hope to go there one day to watch it live.
This brings me onto a fantastic new launch that has an Australia connection, which is also happens to be one of my #DesertIsland beauty products, but which now has a new twist when it comes to the aroma, that I have been loving using this week. I am of course talking about the Australia Bodycare tea tree skin wash, which I have used on a daily basis for more than twenty years now as I have come to rely on this anti bacterial formula to keep my skin fresh and healthy.
This fantastic skincare essential has now been enhanced with the calming and soothing benefits of Lavender essential oil, which I think is a perfect choice to combine with Tea Tree and I have been using this as part of my night time bathing routine to thoroughly cleanse my body removing all the dirt and grime from the day. I’ve also noticed that aroma of this new blend has been helping me to feel calm and relaxed before bed and drift off to sleep far easier.
If you are new to Australia Bodycare they have been creating professional skincare solutions since 1992, harnessing the potent active ingredient of Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Oil) which is the only variant of this aboriginal plant which has antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal and antiviral properties. This plant is grown in New South Wales and Australian Bodycare use the first extraction of this plant which is the most effective and beneficial for the skin.
I would love to see this new blend become a regular feature in the range as the aroma is so pure as if I was walking through a field of fresh Lavender in the south of France. I think this works fantastically as an alternative to the uplifting fragrance of the original tea tree skin wash, I can see this being a favourite of mine for many years to come.
Have you tried any of the Australian Bodycare range before?
